Refund & Returns

At Rainbow Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We source and design premium clothing for kids and women. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds under the following guidelines.

1. Returns & Exchanges Sizing

We offer a flexible return/exchange policy. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Sizing exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size is unavailable, a refund or store coupon code will be issued.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. If you wish to cancel an order:

• If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the complete order value will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's **original payment source** (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet used during checkout).
• As per bank and Razorpay settlement protocols, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will reach out to collect your bank account details for executing a direct bank transfer refund.
