1. Order Processing Timelines

We work to ship your favorite boutique clothing pieces as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

If there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. In such cases, our support desk will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Partners & Timelines

We partner with premier shipping aggregation services (primarily Shiprocket) to route packages via top-tier domestic carriers like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC.

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 3-4 business days.
• Rest of India: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹500.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier partner, an automated shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number (AWB) will be sent. You can check the live tracking status of your parcel directly in the "My Account" orders dashboard or on the public invoice tracking link using your AWB number.
